The cost varies depending on what needs to be cleaned and the state of the home or office. We would be more than happy to give you a no obligation quote. First time cleanings are generally a little more expensive.
We request cancellations or rescheduling notice two business days in advance. Same day cancellations are charged the full price of the scheduled cleaning. 24 hours notice or no charge.
We will always try to send the same team to your place since they would be familiar with you and your needs. If there is a scheduling problem we would only send another team with prior notice.
The supplies we use are all non-toxic, fragrance free and some are even organic. They are more expensive than their toxic peers, but we use them because the human and environmental health cost is lower. We look for cleaning supplies that are bio-degradable and effective.
Our teams are not expecting gratuities but would be happy to receive them if you choose.
This is your option. You may give us a key to be safely stored, or hide one on the day we come to leave behind.
Magic Mollys will schedule a specific day and time for your house cleaning within a 15 minute window plus or minus.
Just as with cancellation fees, lock-out will incur a full charge since our time is already booked. Most of our clients either provide us a key or hide one on the premises on cleaning day if they cannot be home.
We provide all cleaning solutions and state-of-the-art equipment, so you never need to worry about replenishing your supply for our teams.
If you have special house cleaning products you want our team to use, please be sure to discuss this with the Office in advance, so that we can properly instruct the team. You would be responsible for supplying any special products, which the cleaners would be happy to use.
If you have any issues or concerns with the cleaning please call us in the office ASAP but no later than 24 hours. If we are contacted much later than that there is no way to determine what happened.
